For more than 35 years, Zange’s Martial Arts has offered instruction in a family atmosphere. We encouraged parents to join with their children, and our classes were designed to be a positive activity for the entire family to enjoy. When they were young, my own children, Jenni and Jason, began their instruction. As adults today Jenni holds a 4th degree black belt, Jason is a 7th degree black belt, and on March 29, 2014, I received my promotion to 10th degree black belt.
This activity has kept us close, and the martial arts lifestyle has served my children well into adulthood. Their accomplishments in life beyond the walls of the studio have been made possible through the foundation of family values, healthy activity, and discipline practiced at Zange’s Martial Arts.
After a lifetime of involvement in promoting the martial arts lifestyle, I have decided to take a hiatus from active instruction. Zange’s Martial Arts will no longer be holding classes at 7151 W Cornelia in Chicago. Instruction at this location will now be handled through Dave Huter 5th and Frank DiPaolo 4th of Kickin’ Around Martial Arts. You may find more information about their program on their Facebook page.
